Another darling dress.  Wonderful color.  May be velvet, I am not sure.  Gorgeous white lacey trim around collar and wrists.  Long sleeve, zips up the back, 3 button decorations down the front.  2 tags.  One says, "....it must be Love" (the o in love is a heart on tag).  Other tag says, "dry clean only".  Don't know size.  It's 4 1/2 inches across neck, 14 inches across the chest, and 23 inches from top to bottom.
