Bright yellow dress with white lace trim around neck, arms and ruffles.  Two tiers of ruffles. Zips up the back with a hook and eye closure at the top of zipper.  It has belt loops, but belt is missing.  Would look great with a piece of satin ribbon.  This dress is very sheer and would definitely need a slip or shift or undershirt of some kind.  No tags.  4 inches across the neck, 12 inches across chest, 11 1/2 inches across the waist, and 19 1/2 inches from top to bottom.
